  5. 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class civilians serving in the Headquarters of Armed Forces and those who are paid out of defense budget and their families.
  6. 4th class employees serving in the Armed Forces and paid out of defense budget.
  7. Officers and employees serving in Ministry of Defense and their families (Dental treatment is provided with payment of fees as applicable).
  8. Cadets of Bangladesh Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and AFMI (Nursing).
  9. Principal, Faculty Member (Teacher), Account Officer of all Cadet Colleges and their family’s members.
  10. Cadets of all Cadet Colleges.
  11. Members of Armed Forces of different countries while undergoing training in Defense Service Command & Staff College and their families.
  12. Cadets of all Cadet Colleges.
  13. Religion Teachers of Armed Forces and their families.
  14. Members of Armed Forces who are retired on the ground of disability.

  16. Families of the officers who embraced martyrdom.

  25. Life saving treatment /first aid to any emergency patients if sustained injuries at nearby military hospitals.
